Hello,
when reproducing a 15min. interval in a Kasebar chart, I noticed deviations in the Kasebar display in relation to a regular 15min. chart, which should not actually exist. The 15min. chart is my reference. The second 15min. bar from the left has the high at 16,386.00 and the low at 16,368.75. In the comparable Kasebar time interval and also in the following there is no low lower than 16,369.25. The third 15min. bar has an even lower low at 16,367.25. Why does the Kasebar chart not show these high/low-values?

Re: Kasebar-problem
You need to write some notes and draw some arrows on your charts.
As is, no one can follow your chain of thought. No one can tell what is right and what is wrong, and what are your expectations.

Hello TJ,
thanks, comparing the present values of the 15min chart above with the corresponding time periods in the Kasebar chart below, there are significant discrepancies.

Hello signalworks,
In the first case minute resolution is used for the regular chart.
In the second case tick resolution is used for Kase bars.
It is also possible that the ticks and minutes plotted on the regular charts might not match as well.
You can check it yourself by plotting regular charts or send us the export of TS symbols (with tick and minute data) from QuoteManager in the .qmd archive to support@multicharts.com, we’ll check it on our end.
