Global mode button is grayed out for playback

Postby uprz23 » 23 Mar 2022

I have 5 charts on Build 23014:

1 min (playback set on as is 1 min)
5 min (playback set on minute by minute)
60 min (playback set on minute by minute)
150 min (playback set on minute by minute)
1440 min (playback set on minute by minute)

The global mode button is grayed out.

How do I enable global mode?

Thanks!

Hello uprz23 ,

Please make sure that all the charts have the necessary data loaded, and that you have set the starting point of playback: click on the Jump To Bar button and click on the desired place on the chart.
More info about Data Playback here.

If that doesn't help, please install the patch created by our development team:
1. Download the updater using this link
2. When downloaded, right-click the archive -> Properties -> check Unblock at the bottom of the window
3. Then follow this guide to install the updater

Has this patch been removed? The link above is broken. I'm having the same issue.
