Sharing QuoteManager with other computers

I have searched for this topic but have been unable to find anything.
My question is, given that price data is kept locally within the QuoteManager architecture, is there a way to use it on more than one computer without saving the data, and then loading on to another. I will often be using my main desktop and then, for whatever reason, decide to go mobile with my laptop and have to reload all the data I had previously loaded on to my main PC's QuoteManager. It can be very time consuming when working with portfolios particularly.

All the MultiCharts user data is stored locally, so it's not possible.
The fastest way to transfer data from one machine to another is to use Backup and Restore apps.
