Hi MC team,
I have subscribed to IB Eurex DAX40 L1 data. I tried to download the data to be plot at MC but it cannot be loaded.
I did use Ask/Bid. I observed the QM is not requesting any data downloads.
Anything I did wrong?

Hi gogowe123,
Please make sure the IB data feed is set up correctly and the symbol is added from the data source.
Then close all MultiCharts components and make sure there are no MC processes left in Task Manager -> Details tab -> Description column.
Run MC and plot 1 problematic chart only, if data is not loaded, please check the Event Log in QuoteManager. What messages do you see there after you plot a chart? Please attach a screenshot of the Event Log and your chart.
In the meantime, please try troubleshooting using our guide.
