OANDA forex feed

Hello, I am using OANDA feed for one week only without problem for forex pair AUDJPY. Today at 0130am NY time, no data coming in for 3 hours then it restarted. I reloaded the data of my charts but the gap remains there, I closed the workspace and reopened it still the gap. I contacted OANDA and they said that they had no interruption of data. What should I do to get these data, I use second, minutes and hours time frames so I can see the gap in the second and minutes charts.

There’s the same gap in the OANDA terminal.
Please check the attached screenshot. You can demonstrate it to OANDA for comments.

Thank you Kate, I will send it to them today and next time I will keep their MT4 always on so I can compare to that.
