Historical data download failed to write into DB

Postby ragdoll » 20 Jun 2022

I run historical data download scheduler everyday night and in the next morning to check if it were completed by logs. Everything looks good until today I checked the data in database by edit data. I found there are a lot of data not in the database. Even there are only three days in a month having data.

Besides, I also enabled Online Mode Data Collection and keep quota manager open everyday.

Both of them failed to work. Any suggestions please?

Is it possible to have multi charts automatically flush cached data to database? As I keep it open 24 hours. It would be closed only when there is an enforced windows update restart.

Would you please provide an integrity check after each scheduled historical data download task?

My version is MultiCharts64 Version 14.0 Release (Build 21357)

Thanks.

I found there are only several days per months got data written into DB, although the scheduled task run everyday and the log told me everything goes well. Is the data grabbed by the scheduled task cached or directly written into the DB?

Do I need to switch to file cache as the following link?
