Hello,
Recently the real time prices in my chart stop updating, although my DOM has current prices.
I have to restart multicharts to enable my charts to update again in realtime, only to have them stop again a short time later.
This started today, no excessive RAM usage ..any suggestions as to what may be causing this....

Hello Stormy,
Please close MultiCharts and make sure your PC time and time zone are correct: right-click your PC clock -> Adjust date/time. In the Date&time menu enable the “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically” options and click the “Sync now” button to sync up the time.
If that doesn’t help, please let us know which version of MultiCharts you are using. You can find this info in the main MultiCharts window -> Help tab -> About MultiCharts.
