MC plots different the same symbol on different PCs

MC plots different the same symbol on different PCs

I plot 7 min chart for the same symbol from the same source, and some PCs show 09:06 as the first bar timestamp, but some PCs show 09:07 as the first bar.

I don't understand why this happens.
