Missing data

I seem to be having some trouble with data. My system crashed and I am getting historical data (going back a week or so for minute-based data and higher) but anything lower (second or tick data) and it will only update real-time. The data from when the crash occurred to when it was up and running is missing, however the data prior to the crash is there. I opened the QuoteManager window and made sure that the data was being collected. Is there something that needs to be addressed like a box not checked? I have a pic attached.

I’d recommend to build a separate chart for the missing period and do the Reload.

It's weird, reloading the chart using the keyboard does not fill in the missing data but using the toolbar, View-reload-chart-all data does work.
