Continuous Contract

Postby clint454 » 17 Nov 2022

Regarding NQ on a chart, it seems to default to @NQ#C. Is this the continuous contract? I tried adding @NQ#Z for my IQFeed connection and does show in the QuoteManager but is not shown as a selection on the chart symbol pulldown on attached image.

Hi clint454,

@NQ#C is a backadjusted continuous contract.
If you’re searching for another contract, you can look it up in QuoteManager -> Instrument -> Add Symbol -> From Data Source -> IQFeed.

Instrument dropdown menu on your chart displays the most recently used symbols.
You can see all the available symbols to plot on your chart in Format -> Instrument -> Instrument tab -> enter the required symbol name in the Instrument field.
