Hi there,
I currently have issues with the latest TWS build (10.20.1h (Jan 10)). Data stuck in "reload" and data is missing. Data after Jan 6. is gone although i still had quotes yesterday from Jan 10.
Futures quotes are fine (@MYM)
Equities not.
Error log from quote manager for BABA stock:

any ideas?

This message appears due to the IB API changes implemented in TWS build (10.20.1h (Jan 10)). Our developers are currently looking into it on our end.
In the meantime, please use TWS build (10.20.1d (Nov 29)).

After the downgrade please restart MultiCharts and reload your charts by pressing CTRL+R or via View -> Reload.

I also encountered this problem.
Has this issue been solved in the current release?
If not, do you have IB Gateway version 10.20.1d, as in the previous post?

IB seems to force users to upgrade gateways and tws, I am on 10.20 and received this popup last night after logging in, there has been lots of reports of MC having issues when using the latest version of gateway... can mc confirm please if latest release from IB gateway is working as expected or not ? 10.22 and up

We fixed the "Your API version does not support fractional share size rules" warning in Build 24558 Release 7.
Please update to the current release (Build 24673 Release 8 ) to install this and other fixes and improvements.

Hello Salzburg,IB seems to force users to upgrade gateways and tws, I am on 10.20 and received this popup last night after logging in, there has been lots of reports of MC having issues when using the latest version of gateway... can mc confirm please if latest release from IB gateway is working as expected or not ? 10.22 and up
At the moment there are no know issues with IB in the latest release (Build 24673 Release 8 ).
