Possible BUG-MC14 (newest build) not receiving live IB indexes

Last Friday I installed the latest MC14 build. On Mon and Tues of this week, I stopped receiving IB index quotes in Real-time. (VIX, Trans etc).

Tues (after market hours), I removed the latest MC build and went back to the previous build (Nov) and I am Now receiving the Index quotes again.

Please investigate. (I have the latest TWS version installed).

Our developers have created a fix for it. It can be installed by using the updater:

1. Download it here (please note the fix is intended for the latest version)
2. When downloaded, right-click the archive -> Properties -> check Unblock at the bottom of the window (please do not skip this step to avoid installation issues)
3. Extract the files from the archive (right-click -> Extract All) and run MCUpdater.exe
4. Select your MultiCharts version in the ‘Product’ drop-down menu, click ‘Update’ and wait for the procedure to finish.

If you get any errors after installation, you can undo the changes with Repair (Windows Settings -> Apps -> MultiCharts -> Uninstall -> Next -> Repair).

The fix will be officially implemented in one of the future releases of MultiCharts.
