New Russell contract ER2U8 to TFZ8

Anyone having issues charting TFZ8 with an IB feed? Though I'm getting quotes on TWS, MC is still at "Waiting for data."

To plot charts for TZH8 from IB in MultiCharts, please install the latest 4.0 beta 3 version. In the previous versions there was a bug which made it impossible to receive data for this symbol. This bug has now been fixed.
