cannot download MC beta

I cannot download the new Multicharts beta version. Each time I have filled out the user and email information in the web form, I am told I should receive an email for the follow on download, as I have gotten from previous downloads.

I wait the requisite two hours and then...nothing. I have submitted the request four times.

Please advise.
