Small detail on ATR

Postby kelly simon » 30 Sep 2008

Just a small detail - on the study ATR, I get a nine decimal point reading on the right hand scale. I can't see how to reduce this to say 2 decimal points as on other indicators/scales.

Screen shot attached.

Thanks,
Simon

I think for now, you could use the "round" function, to limit the plot to 2 decimals. Something like "round(value1,2)" for 2 decimal places.
I'd also like to see an adjustment built into the chart that would cut it off at a selected number of digits.

Hi guys,

In future versions of MultiCharts we are planning to make it possible for the users to choose how many decimal points they want shown for an indicator. Meanwhile, as Steven recommended, you can use the round function.

Regards.
