Frequently when I need to eopen the quote manager to edit data it does not load, I need to reboot the pc for the qm to open

What exactly happens? What is your CPU when that happens? If the CPU load is high, which process is using up the resources? Do you receive a message saying 'server busy'?

Rebooting the pc is not necessary in the situation you are describing. Simply terminate all MC processes in TaskManager: MultiCharts.exe, MessageCenter.exe, PLEditor.exe, StudyServer.exe, TradingServer.exe, QuoteManager.exe, tsServer.exe
