Feature Request - Import Data from data server directly

Postby 2haerim » 24 Jan 2009

Currently QM allows to import or map data from external text file.

Quite often we need to import data from the data server to fill the missing data or to refresh. Moreover, we need to do that for multiple symbols at once. To do that we can of course open the chart and plot, but if we are talking about 100 symbols, we have to open all the 100 symbols. This is pain and very inconvenient way.

Better than that, I would suggest QM allows to import data from data server directly like shown in the attached picture which we use for GlobalServer.

As you can see, there are 3 buttons to import history data: 1 Hour, Today, History.

Conversely, we also would like to have direct export feature for multiple symbols for all tick, min, daily resolutions. TS2ki's xpo is a good example.

Hi HaeRim,

Some time this year, we are going to develop a so-called download scheduler. It will allow downloading data without having to plot a chart.
