OCO order

Another improvement request for OCO orders:

Can creation of the OCO order group using strategy can be configurable option?

Problem: IB supports native OCO orders but the orders sit on their servers instead being transmit to the exchange (example: 2 limit orders to open position, one to Buy@1040 and one to SellShort@1045). In the IB case, I DON"T WANT OCO GROUP TO BE CREATED (because IB keeps OCO on their servers and probably trades against them). I want to have configurable option (checkbox) in Multicharts to 'Create OCO group order if possible'.

Also you can resolve this issue by checking if OCO order group is enabled in TWS. If it is not enabled, DO NOT CREATE OCO GROUP ORDER.
