Multicharts connect to the internet problem

hi ii
i have some question, pleasw help me.
i cannot use multicharts
when i open the Multucharts
i got a error message
" You need an active internet connection to continue working with MultiCharts. Make sure you are connected to the internet and run MultiCharts again"

please help me, tks

I am sure you have internet connection on your pc which runs Multichart, it could be the firewall setting blocking Multichart accesses to MC server.

You may also want to try re-install MC.
