QM strange characters

Postby arnie » 25 Oct 2009

Hi.

I've been adding my always thrustful Metastock EOD data to QM.
Today I added the S&P500 stocks and QM messed up a couple stock names. See image attached.

What happened?

Apparently, QM don't like the word «share»

Another thing that should be considered in the new QM version (I don't know if this was already discussed), would be the possibility to select symbols and then copy/paste them, between the exchanges we might have.

What is happening is that all symbols that I'm adding, they go automaticaly to Stocks, under UNDEF. All indexes that I added from my Metastock database were all put under stocks.

If we had the ability to copy/paste them around, it would be highly appreciated.

I know that they need to be arranged by exchanges because of their session time zone, but dealing with EOD data, or even with intraday data, we should have the copy/parte ability.

Regards,
Fernando
