A Volume Profile Histogram displays the transaction volume at each price level(open or high or low or close or mid close of each bar ) over a time period, and is displayed on the left or/and on the right side of the chart(use format windows). I hope this help youin the Format Symbol window,
under Volume Profile tab,

The Volume Profile is the little chart next to the side of the Y-Price Scale
You can enable it from Format Window > Volume Profile
