Countdown Timer in MC6

I love the new countdown timer in MC6 (even works on contract bars !)- but is there any way to access the value for studies or signals ?
It would be great to enter a signal when a bar is 85-90% complete instead of waiting until the bar closes. (we need the value in order to calc the % remaining)
I saw nothing about it in the help section.

Yes I too would like that and love it as well I have used it in other charting programs and something our cousins don't offer.
