i am using MC + IB, i would like to collect the live tick data for my favorite symbols. then running the quote manager => fields to collect => connect symbol, it works well.
however due to the unstable IB connecting, the data sever is always broken for seconds and then reconnected.
then my live tick data is always lost some ticks.
i understand i could use chart for reload the historical ticks; however if you have tens some favorite symbols, it is impossible for open all the charts time by time; and you do not know when the the IB connection was broken.
therefore is there anyway that quote manager collecting the historical data, even intraday is enough!
