It looks like autotrading is automically turned off during the weekend, is there some way to prevent this?

The IB application closes every day. You can set the connection settings in Strategy Properties --> Auto Trading --> Broker Plugin Settings --> IB Settings --> Disable auto trading after xx seconds on the connection loss. The maximum is 24 hours.
Is the connection lost only if there is no connection in time indicated in IB settings? Or is it lost when the order is generated on the chart?
