tried that but still getting the same error. any other suggestions? i'm trading the 10yr futures just fine using the price scale "1/32 and S of 32nd", it's just the 30yr that's giving me this error.

Hi, the Min.Movement should be 10 instead of 1 and the Price Scale 1/32 and 10th of 32.

The easiest way to find correct settings for IB is to go to Tools->Symbol Dictionary->Data Source: esignal and double click on the Root you search (ie ZB) and copy that settings in your IB symbol settings or root.

thanks SP i'll give that a try. but i looked at the esignal settings and in my QM the min. movement is set to 1. maybe it's just me?

either way, i appreciate the help and i'll report if it worked. thanks!
