The window signal is white

I opened a 1 minute chart for ES today. I entered the signals produced by me but not charged. The window signal is white. On mc6 everything is working correctly

We can't reproduce it on our machines - everything words fine. Please come to our Live Chat, so we can investigate your individual setup.

The s.o. is vista 64 bit .
MC7 I installed on the same machine running Windows 7-32 bit MC7 and everything works fine. As soon as I connect I can chat with vista 64 bit
