Rectangle property using code: Vote for my request

I draw rectangle over my charts for region that as showed a wide range body (WRB), a concept developed by M.A.Perry http://www.thestrategylab.com/WRBAnalysis.htm

As the rectangular could be extended in a long time period, I would like to have the opportunity to code for that. Problem, there is no drawing tools reserved word or function in MC. Rectangle, Arrow, ellipse does exist only if hand draw over the chart. Since all these function do exist inside MC, It should not be a big modification to be done
