Multiple IB accounts not working now

I have 3 accounts in IB (1 master and 2 sub accounts). These were working fine in the beta release of MCDT, but I just upgraded to the latest version and my Trader Workstation keeps cycling through the 3 accounts by itself and I can't trade using the DOM.

This also happens in the regular version of MultiCharts, see this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8936

It seems a solution is forthcoming,
