NO DATA [SOLVED]
Hello, I am using Multicharts Discretionary trade with IB TWS. I found MDT couldn't receive GLOD FUTURE data.For example: oct-2011 gold future's symbol is GCV1, MDT show that NO DATA. but it could receive the data of E-MINI SP500 FUTURE. I need your help,thank you !

Hello, Michael111. Please close Multicharts and all its products (i.e. MC, Quote Manager, PL editor, ....).
Make sure that all MC processes are ended.
In the Windows Task manager check these processes:
atCenterServer.exe
Fixserver.exe
MultiCharts.exe
MessageCenter.exe
PLEditor.exe
QuoteManager.exe
StudyServer.exe
tsServer.exe
TradingServer.exe
TPserver.exe
Please end the processes if they are still running after MC close.
Please also close the IB TWS application.
After that please start the Quote Manager and add the symbol from the data source. Please go to the Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> IB->Futures->Root: GC->Lookup.
Now the symbol is added with the data source settings. Please try to plot a regular 1 minute chart for 1 day in the Multicharts.
Make sure that all MC processes are ended.
