Open E Cry update for MultiCharts 7.1 Beta 1

Dear Users,

Please find attached OEC plug-in update which solves the issue with Open E Cry identified in MultiCharts 7.1 Beta 1.

Just unzip the archive,run Updater.exe and click on Update. When you see message 'DONE', click on close. MultiCharts, Quote Manager and OEC software should be closed while updating.
