entitlement issues

Postby HawkArps » 08 Nov 2011

In order to provide several entitlement string options to our proprietary tools, I have created an entitlement system which uses if "..." and "..." and "...." then abort; etc.... However, this results in the user still getting the 'unentitled' error even if they are entitled to one of the entitlement strings. However, if they click cancel enough times, then they can use the indicator . Is there some way to use several entitlement string options but not have this problem?

Please describe what do you mean by "several entitlement string options".
What is your final goal?

We are an indicator vendor and we sell tools individually as well in various "toolkits", many of them with proprietary functions included. In order to simplify the entitlement process I want to create entitlement strings that will work for either toolkits, or individual tools, or subscribers to everything we produce.
