How to get the ending time of a bar with the seconds include

Function Time, will return a value of the ending time of a bar with the hour and minute format.

I'm working with odd time scale like 175 sec ( 5 seconds less than a 3 minutes bar). I need to get the exact time of the ending bar that include the second with it.

How can I do that?
