Hi,
I'm trading an automated signal and everything on the Multicharts side of thing looks ok, but none of the orders appear to make it to the API page in TWS.I followed the setup tutorial but obviously something is wrong with it. Anyone know what may be wrong?

Are the orders rejected?
If yes, go to Order and position tracker window -> Logs tab.
What is the reason of reject?
If it is "No security definition has been found for the request" go to:
File -> Broker profiles -> Symbol mapping -> IB.
Make sure the symbol mapping is correct.
If you still have the issue-please export the orders and logs tabs of OPT,
make a sreenshot of the symbol mapping window and upload them.

The order window is empty, I have attached a number of screen shots of the Logs window and the mapping. I think the issue may be with the mapping as no expiry month is specified ( I thought this was done by a prompt when the order was placed). Have a look and see if you can pick any obvious errors.

The symbol mapping is incorrect.
In order to create correct symbol mapping you need to add the symbols from the data source.
In the Quote manager please go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> IB.
After you add the correct symbols, please select them in the right column "Broker symbol".

The broker symbols are incorrect. You will not be able to trade with such symbol mapping.
Please go to Quote manager->Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> IB->Futures->input the symbol root in the search line and click lookup.
The list will be populated with the search results.
Add the current or future contracts you are going to trade.
After you add the correct symbols, please select them in the right column "Broker symbol".
