Barchart.com datafeed problem.

Dear Sirs.

I have subscribed 49 dollar/month of Barchart.com datafeed as a multichart user.
and I have succeeded to chart most data from Barchart feed to multichart(about 30 symbols, daily).
But I still have some problems as belows;

1.

I cannot chart data before 2007 (including 2007).
for example I can chart GCG8 but cannot chart GCG7.
this happens for most symbols.
chart message is "no data".

My name usages about these symbols are not right?
Is there any one who succeed to feed barchart.com data before 2008?

2.

For LE and HE, I cannot even chart data before 2009 (including 2009).
I can only chart LEG0 and the later.
I use "LEG8,LEG9,LEG0,LEG1,LEG2,..." as symbol name.

why this could happen?
for LE and HE, only data after 2010 are available?
if anyone knows, Please tell me how to fix this~~.

Hello Mt9672,

Please specify the year with two digits for getting historical data of expired contracts: GCG08, LEG08.
If you are renaming the symbol-use reload (Ctrl+R) to send the new data request to the server.
