DOM with cumaltive volume, histogram and volume per tick

Description

i like to have a dom with:
1) cumulative volume per price
2) contracts traded since last up/down tick
3) Histogram cumulative volume traded
see screenshot

Steps to reproduce this issue

Without it you can forget the DOM. You just can't trade the DOM if it does not have this feature. That's the main reason I use X_trader and I hope MC would implement it so I can get off xt.

Also Jigsaw Dom is very impressed. I think better than Xtrader DOM.
It allows show the how many contracts were traded at the specified price.
It is like a footprint on the DOM.

I also experiment in the moment with X-Trader and Jigsaw.
If this features were included in MC this really would be amazing.
Hepls definitly in reading the order book.
