Option to print in all black with white background (default left in current setting).

Hi, It would be useful if we could select a print setting (which is remembered by MC) to have all colours converted to black with the obvious exception of the background colour. The reason is if a person does not bother to maintain the colour cartrige in their printer and they select gray scale the colors are so light that you can hardly see them.
