Description

The arrangement of panels (DOM, Charts, Order Tracking, Scanner, ect) in various platforms in the industry has taken on a new standard of docking. This technology is used in Microsoft's Visual Basic 2010 as well many trading platforms and involves dragging a panel and having a choice of docking locations. Currently in Multicharts, this feature is sort of in place with the tool bars, Position Tracker, Trade Bar, and Data Window, but not with the charts or scanner windows and there is also little choice of where to dock those panels. I have included a video demonstration of the technology.

Steps to reproduce this issue

It seems that Multicharts already has a similar function, its just not as defined and user friendly. See the attached video for reference.

May be not a top priority, but the ability to organize windows in a way similar to VB or Visual Studio may be useful. The current implementation does not give a lot of control of how MC manage windows. For example, it is impossible to define which window goes left and which one goes right when using "arrange vertically" - it is always the older window, which may not be the one we intend to see here.
