user customization of cross color and opacity

Description

currently the cross is a solid white line that connects horizontal to the price axis and vertical to the time axis. The color is solid white and I would like to have user customization to change the color. Also I would like to change the line type from solid to dashed or dots. I like to have the cross on when drawing fibs and it helps greatly for lining up the anchors to data points on the chart, but when the cross color is white and the line is solid it obscures the bars I'm trying to align to sometimes. Also, the cross is on top of anything it overdraws and best would be to have the cross underneath any price data on the chart.
