Description

Hello,
As you know the default "Time in Force" with orders in Chart Trader is "Day".
I am wondering if you could please make it an option so that one can choose which "Time in Force" should be the default in general? I am aware that one can make the prefered "Time in Force" stick with the charts already set up in a workspace by saving the workspace, but since this is so critical, where forgetting is not an option, I am doing this request.
My background for doing this request is that I sometimes have my positions open over night into next session, and one day I forgot to choose "GTC". So when the session closed (me gone to bed) my Stop Loss order moved to the profit side closed. Next morning when sitting down in front of my screen the market had returned where my position was in drawdown where I chose to close it. Fortunately it was a small loss, but if really unlucky it could have gone very bad. So not a good feeling.
Thanks,
Laurentius
