Date format in 'Date Range' and 'Data' not consistent when regional settings are customized

Description

QM - Edit data window displays Date Range and Data section.
Both sections have date/time fields.
The date/time format in Date Range is determined by the Window's regional settings.
For example, I set regional date/time format as yyyy/mm/dd and hh:mm:dd (ex: 2013/07/12 09:00:00).
This format is is used by many Asian users.
However, the date format in Data is fixed as dd.mm.yyyy (ex: 12.07.2013).
This format is used most western users.
Therefore, it is quite inconvenient and illegible to quickly read the date/time fields for Asian users.

Please make the Date/Time format in 'Data' section match that of 'Date Range' section.

Steps to reproduce this issue

[1] Change the window's regional date/time settings differently from that of QM's Data section.
[2] Run QM - Edit data
[3] Compare two date/time formats
