Description

Currently, charts can only be linked by symbol or resolution from within the charts. For charts that use multiple hidden symbols with the same resolution, or hidden symbols with different resolutions, having to display the symbol, manually set the link, and then hide the symbol is very unpractical.
The ability to link symbols or resolutions should exist within two areas:
1) From within "Format objects".
2) From within "Format Instrument"

Steps to reproduce this issue

1) Go to "Format Objects", add 2 columns after the "SubChart" column. First column should display symbol link color (if any), second column should display resolution link color. Those link colors should be manageable by adding 2 buttons under the "Format/Remove/Add" buttons.
a) Link by resolution.
b) Link by timeframe.
Finally, the ability to select several symbols and to apply a linking at once should be enabled.
2) Go to "Format Instrument", select the "Settings" tab. Under Resolution, add "Chart Link" area with the two options:
a) Link by resolution.
b) Link by timeframe.
