Description

As seen in the attached movie, if you unock let's say the data-playback toolbar an place it on a different monitor screen, the moment you disconnect your secondary monitor, you loose access to the toolbar. Restart won't fix it.
It's likely the App keeps the toolbar's position in the registry, and each time you start it, it'll show the toolbar at the old position - even if there is no monitor/screen to show it.

Steps to reproduce this issue

attach a second monitor, undock and move data-playback toolbar to the second monitor.
you may or may not close the application, but after you disconnect the monitor (and even if you restart the OS or MC), the undocked toolbar will keep it's old position even if it's on an unreachable area (for your mouse - as there is no second screen anymore).
