Description

I think some improvements are needed for personal folders in the PL editor. First, when I create my own folder you have to ensure that the new folder becomes visible. Currently I have to scroll  through the list in order to find it. And it will be good to make the new folder name editable right away so I can change that Folder1 to somethng more meaningfull. Second, I should be able to right-click on my folder and select the New option. This must create a new study under my folder. Currently I have to use the main menu and it creates a new study under one of the three main folders. Then I have to drag it to my folder (there is no Copy and Paste either) all the way through that huge list of studies.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Open the PL editor, expand the Indicators list and create a new folder there with name ZZ. If your editor window is not very big you are not going to see the new ZZ folder. You'll have to scroll to it. Then try to create a new indicator under this folder.
