Description

The special order types generate a limit/stop order with a price where the profit from a contract for each entry is not lower than the amount set in the "amount" parameter. These is too optimistic to our needs.
In the current implementation, the price will be rounded to a BETTER price, according to the step MinMove* PriceScale. However, sometimes we want it to be rounded to the nearest tick either better or lower or even to the closest LOWER price below the amount specified. 
We would like these three type of rounding modes implemented in MC engine as properties for the special orders types.
