After the order is cancelled, MC does not cancel exit strategies attached to this order.

Steps to reproduce this issue

 - Plot a chart
 - Connect broker profile (reproduced with IB and OEC)
 - Enable StopLoss and ProfitTarget auto attach
 - Place limit order
 - Cancel this limit order manually
