Description

Jira is an industry standard now a days for consumer facing issue management. I think it is superior to the current setup. The current index page (http://www.multicharts.com/pm/index.php) took so long to load I gave up. Users can't edit/delete their own comments. Users have to enter multiple usernames. I am not sure if this is home grown or a 3rd party product but either way, check out JIRA and see if you can easily improve your flow and your users issue experience.
