Order history requested from broker for a correct TPR

Description

If a disconnect happens for whatever reason, the TPR will show discrepancy as MC cannot record the executed trade while it was disconnected from the broker. The best solution for this would be to request the order history from the broker and synchronizing MC's Order and Positon Tracker window with it.
