1Point Range bar charts Bug

How to reproduce

Data provider eSignal
exchange TSE
symbol example 1925-TSE,1928-TSE
symbol minmove 0.5.

create 1point charts
set QM below.
price scale is 1/10.
minmove is 5.

1point chart show the minimum 0.1 move.
this calculations Not correct.
2point chart show the minimum 0.5 move, this calculations correct.

if price scale 1/2, works fine.
But this is not actual price display.

Steps to reproduce this issue
