Description

Add a function that gives the amount of time that has passed within
the bar, ie. 3 minutes and 14 seconds have passed within the 5 minute bar.
When the bar is complete, above, then the amount of time passed would be 5 minutes or
300 seconds.
Would be highly useful to calculate the amount of movement etc. based on time already used within the bar, compared to the prior bar.
If the prior bar moved 4 ticks in 5 minutes, then if the current bar has moved 2 ticks in 2.5 minutes, the rate of movement would be the same. Currently it shows up as half the movement which is totally misleading.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Range / IntraBarTime = Gives proportional change for the present, uncompleted bar.
On completed bars, IntraBarTime would equal barInterval so that results for past and present bars would be comparable.
