Title bar icons not aligned when windows 7 appearance customized

Description

a minor visual thing observed when using Windows 7. I don't think this affects Wnidows XP though...
Changing Windows appearance to anything non-default will result that title bar icons on chart windows in MC not being aligned (see pictures)

Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Right click on Desktop - > Personalize -> click "Window Color" - > Click "Adanced Appearance Settings..." (To speed-up step 1 dowload the shortcut attached)
  2. From the drop-down list select "Active Window Border" item. Change it to 1.
  3. Go to Multicharts. Observe icons positions in window title bar.
  4. Now try changing "Active Window Border" item to 20.
  5. Observe once more icons positions in Multicharts.
